Sweet Cake Recipe Gluten-Free Christmas hypertensive
To celebrate Christmas Eve or Christmas with family and friends I have selected my cookbook a delicious and tasty sweet cake for all hypertensive celiac as it is a different option to be enjoyed without deprivation of the gluten-free delicacy.
The recipe for this sweet cake then teach you to draw is simple and consists of safe food and following the steps that I will detail the final result you get exquisite preparation for all diners savor in this special occasion.
Ingredients:
100 gm butter (low fat)
5 chocolate bars (suitable celiacs)
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
necessary amount of corn starch
For the cover:
Fresh milk (low fat) (suitable celiacs) quantity required
300 cc. cream (low fat)
4 egg
10 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
Melt butter (low fat) and chocolate in double boiler and reserve. Besides, beat together eggs and sugar until you get the point agrégaselo tape and the chocolate mixture and stir. It then places this preparation into a mold of 24 cm in diameter, spread with a little butter and dusted with cornstarch.
Then take it to the oven and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes and when cooked it away and let it cool very well. To make the cover, first you must cover the entire surface of cake with a very thick layer of caramel and then cover with cream (low fat) whipped a half point. Finally, decorate with a meringue that will realize the clear and the spoonfuls of sugar. Serve this delicious cake dessert size plates cut into portions.
