RECIPE KITCHEN

Fish Meatballs with mashed potatoes for celiac

Ingredients:
1 kilo of hake fillets (ground)
2 large onions
3 eggs
skimmed milk, the amount necessary
2 slices gluten free bread crumbs
2 sparkling water wells
garlic and parsley, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
breadcrumbs or batter gluten free, the amount necessary
common oil, the amount necessary
1 package of instant mashed potatoes


Preparation:
Place in a bowl and mix the ground fish with the crumb of gluten-free bread soaked and drained in a bit of skimmed milk and you add the garlic and chopped parsley to taste and add salt and pepper. Besides, in a pot with a little oil and fry the chopped onions when ready add to the bowl containing the fish along with the lightly beaten eggs and soda.
Stir with a spoon very well all these ingredients and form meatballs with your hands and then coat them in breadcrumbs. Then fry them in a pot or pan with plenty of hot oil until crispy and drain on absorbent kitchen paper. Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to package directions and serve the meatballs accompanied this delicious puree.
