[rice pudding] recipe

INGREDIENTS:
A half liter of milk.
150 gr. of rice.
Sal
200 gr. sugar.
Lemon peel.
Cinnamon stick.
Ground cinnamon.

PREPARATION: Cook a pint of water with a teaspoon of salt. When boiling add the rice in rain and is boiled for two minutes and after this time runs and cools
the aid of a sieve.

Meanwhile boil the milk with cinnamon and a slice of lemon peel, cut very thin, almost transparent. When it starts to boil, add the rice, stirring a bit.

Boil slowly 20 minutes, add sugar, stir and continue cooking another 20 minutes slowly, always ensuring that the cooking is slow to keep up the spilled milk, it would be a great disorder.

Verter, just finished making the container where it will serve it must be deep.
Serve chilled, sprinkled with cinnamon.
