Chocolate Brownie Recipe

video

http://thekitchensideoftheforce.blogspot.com/

Ingredients:
200 g of fondant chocolate, 100 g. butter, 3 eggs, 150 g of brown sugar, 70 g of flour and a handful of nuts (the photo is made with almonds and hazelnuts, but is usually made with nuts).

Steps:
1. Melt chocolate with butter
2. A party in a bowl mix eggs with sugar until mecl is whiter.
3. When the chocolate is warm (hot is bad for eggs), add to the mixture with the flour.
4. Once the mixture is cooked, add chopped nuts.
5. Grease a square pan with high edges with butter and put the dough in it.
6. Bake about 30 minutes at 180 degrees (depending on the oven, check the cooking with the tip of a knife or a toothpick). It has to dry out the dough.

Alternative: a part of the chocolate fondant, you can add half a tablet of chocolate Lindt type 70 or 80% cocoa to make it darker, but, for me, with this variant, there is too much chocolate.
