
Ingredients (4 people):
* 4 eggs
* 4 thin slices smoked salmon
* 1 dl cream
* 25 grams of butter
* salt and pepper
Preparation:
First Preheat oven to 180 º. Now we'll butter some individual bowls and place a slice of salmon on each, in hulled fondo.Ponemos 1 egg on each slice of salmon and season to taste. Then add some cream and introduce each casserole in the oven about 5 minutes or until the curd is clear, it's just that you go looking for you is not too dry.
