* One small onion

The first step to prepare this recipe is the sauce. While crush peppercorns, chop the onion into very small pieces. Then select one of our pans and heat the butter over low heat. Then add the pepper and onion and stir. Once you have sautéed mixture, pour the brandy, let it warm up and set it on fire. When turned off, add the red wine and cream.

The next step in preparing the steak with pepper sauce is added to the cornstarch. Once we found that begins to thicken, let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then roast the meat on the grill and season with salt. When the steak is at its point, remove from fire, dish and pour over the pepper sauce that we made previously. To decorate the meat can develop a side of potatoes or vegetables.
