SHRIMP SCAMPI video recipe

A tapa of Gambas al ajillo makes everyone happy, so today I propose this simple and succulent recipe typical of Spanish cuisine, very easy and healthy. The abundance of iodine that can be found in prawns is beneficial for our metabolism, regulating our energy level, the proper functioning of the cells and regulating our cholesterol.

Shrimp Scampi



For 4 people wash 400 grams of prawns, peel them leaving the tip of the tail and let them drain, sprinkled with sea salt.

In a pan heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil, add 8 cloves of garlic, peeled and cut in half and two chili peppers, when the garlic starts to brown add the prawns, mix and cook until they change color (3 or 4 minutes).

Place the prawns with garlic in small clay pots and serve with the parsley sprinkling.
