Spicy potatoes
Today I present a very typical Spanish tapa for you to delve further into Spanish cuisine. This way, you already know another way to cook the potato, a food very much helped and much loved by everything, whether in salad, fried or roasted.
The patatas bravas, is a very typical food is the regional bars as a tapa or pincho, accompanied by a good fresh beer or a good wine.
Ingredients
Potatoes.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Water.
Parsley.
For the brave sauce:
4 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 tablespoon of hot paprika coffee
1 spoonful of sweet paprika coffee
1 tablespoon of flour.
Cayenne tip.
A little chicken soup.
Preparation
First of all, to make this recipe of potatoes or wild potatoes, we will have to peel and wash the potatoes very well. Once washed, cut them roughly or irregularly, with a more or less medium size, able to enter the mouth of a single bite.

These we will put them in water while we are making the salsa brava. For this, we will put in a pan the olive oil, to which we will throw the tip of the cayenne. When it is hot, add the tablespoons of peppers and stir well, then toss the flour, stir well until it is cooked and, quickly, we add the broth a little, until you get a thick sauce.

Then, we will heat the oil. Meanwhile, we dry the excess water of the potatoes very well so that when we fry them, they do not skip. The patatas bravas must be quite golden brown.

Finally, drain excess oil on the absorbent paper from the potatoes that come from the pan and place them with the sauce.
